Our client is a dynamic marketing agency dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and data-driven insights. They’re now looking for a skilled Data Analyst who thrives using Excel and has a keen eye for detail to support their reporting and analysis needs.

The Role

• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel files to support marketing campaigns and client insights
• Handle large datasets, ensuring accurate crosschecking, formatting, and data integrity
• Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and other formulas to analyse data effectively
• Collaborate using Google Sheets and Google Drive to streamline data sharing and collaboration
• Generate clear, actionable reports based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions

The Person

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel; qualification preferred or proven track record
• Strong knowledge of Excel formulas including VLOOKUP, TAKEOUT, and other advanced functions
• Experience handling large quantities of data with precision and attention to detail
• Ability to produce comprehensive, accurate reports from complex datasets
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Drive for collaborative work

Salary and Benefits
