We offer a unique training programme—the Data Analyst Experience Accelerator—that prepares individuals for a career in data analysis. Instead of traditional classroom learning, you'll be part of a simulated data team working on real projects using our data warehouse with over 500 million rows of data. You'll learn technical skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python), as well as professional and business skills, to meet employer needs.

Our programme involves working with partner organisations to understand their data talent needs, recruiting and training over 10 weeks, and then matching our top students with employers. We support our community with ongoing mentorship and training throughout their careers.

The roles:

Our partner organisations seek talented data analysts to:

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python
• Create dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for business solutions
• Work with management to prioritize needs
• Generate insights to improve performance

Qualifications include being highly numerate, an analytical thinker, curious, humble, eager to learn, committed to full-time 10-week programme, and fluent in English.

What to expect:

The 10-week flexible programme includes 5 weeks full-time remote training, followed by 5 weeks full-time remote work, aimed at equipping you with the skills to become an effective data analyst.
