From day one, you'll build experience with the skills employers require, including technical (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python), professional, and business skills. You'll work on real projects using our data warehouse with over 500 million rows of real data. We collaborate with leading organizations to hire data analysts, matching top talent from our programs with employer needs. We also recruit our best students for actual roles with our partner employers, upskilling them through our training programs.

How does it work?

1. We collaborate with our network of employers to understand their data talent needs, including roles like data analysts, senior analysts, data scientists, analytics engineers, and managers.
2. We recruit and train talented individuals over 10 weeks to prepare them for these roles.

The roles:

Our partner organizations seek talented data analysts who can:

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python.
• Create dashboards, presentations, and recommendations to address business challenges.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Generate insights to improve business performance.

Candidate qualities:

• Highly numerate and analytical thinker.
• Curious problem solver.
• Humble and eager to learn.
• Committed to full-time participation for 10 weeks.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

What to expect from the Experience Accelerator:

This flexible 10-week program equips talented data professionals with the technical skills and experience to advance their careers. By the end, you'll be an effective data analyst ready to secure your desired role.

The first 5 weeks are full-time and remote, followed by 5 additional weeks of full-time remote work.
