Data Analyst | Energy Analyst | Temporary Contract

We are currently seeking a Data Analyst for a temporary contract (6 months) to join our Global Intelligence Team based in the UK. The energy industry is undergoing a major repositioning, with more companies pursuing conventional oil and gas exploration and development as well as increasing investments in renewable energy. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with an inquisitive mind and interested in all areas of the energy industry. Enverus embraces a hybrid remote and in-office employment model to balance flexibility and maintaining a constructive environment for collaboration, culture, and mentorship.

Performance Objectives:

  1. Primarily responsible for gathering, interpretation, QC, and entry of information relating to the energy industry into our GIS database system and generation of our Global Intelligence product.
  2. Assist regional experts in gathering information on current, planned, and historic activity covering oil & gas licensing, seismic, drilling, field development, production, and renewables.
  3. Process, standardize, QC, and enter energy data into a GIS database ensuring accurate, complete, and timely content population.
  4. Produce Enverus Global products, ensuring consistent information delivery to weekly and monthly deadlines, including regional activity maps and editorial content contributions.
  5. Promote Enverus Global products by interfacing with clients and industry at events, supporting the product suite, with opportunities for international travel.
