Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop impactful reporting through effective data sourcing, transformation, and visualization to provide operational insights that drive actionable outcomes.

  • Implement digital process automation in line with Citizen Development guidelines, to enhance operational efficiency in Supply Chain Operations.

  • Ensure data quality and compliance across all reporting and optimization initiatives by applying data governance principles.

  • Follow established standards for robust, documented, and supportable solutions with effective change management.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to gather user stories, assess business goals, risks, and anticipated value.

  • Share processes and technical solutions to support the definition of global standards, enhancing value as One LEGO Team.

  • Promote digital capabilities by educating and empowering teams with digital skills.

  • Build understanding of Global Supply Chain processes and leverage data solutions to improve operational performance.

By joining EMEA Supply Chain Operations, you will have the opportunity to work with our talented team and play an active part in putting our products into the hands of children across EMEA.

The EMEA Supply Chain Operations Technology function is part of the EMEA Supply Chain Operations organization, and supports and optimizes our operations, providing accurate, engaging and timely information to operational teams to support delivery of our priorities.

Acting as functional experts, the team supports a range of digital solutions, from collaborative creation of user stories to development, delivery and support of data solutions.

To support our digitalization journey, the function also plays an active role in building digital awareness and capability across the EMEA Supply Chain Operations organization.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI (incl. DAX), with strong capabilities in complex data transformation beyond visualization.

  • Advanced expertise in SQL or Python.

  • Experience across a range of data tools and platforms (such as: Databricks, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform, for flexible data sourcing, transformation, visualization, and automation).

  • Proven analytical skills with Agile problem-solving experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive, driven approach.

  • A strong communicator,that is able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Committed to building inclusive, collaborative team environments.

  • Preferred: Supply Chain exposure, Databricks, Alteryx and SAP experience.
