Location: Birmingham (close to Birmingham Airport)

Salary: £20,000 (with pay increases as you progress!)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Reporting to: Digital Transformation Manager

Start Date: Negotiable – We will work around your current job or education commitments

What You'll Do
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for data‑driven solutions
  • Supporting the development of tactical digital applications, automations and integrations using modern platforms, coding and APIs
  • Experimenting with new technologies and ways of working
  • Gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision‑making and improve operational efficiency
  • Assisting in the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and visualisations that drive insight and engagement
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects by identifying trends, inefficiencies, and areas for innovation
  • Learning and applying data analysis techniques including statistical methods, data modelling, and data cleansing
Who We're Looking For

You don’t need experience—just the right attitude and the drive to learn. If you’re someone who:

  • A curious and analytical mindset with a passion for digital technology
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Comfortable working with data and technology (no need to be an expert yet!)
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, and ideally A‑levels or equivalent qualifications (IT related would be a bonus)
  • Eligibility to complete a Level 4 Apprenticeship in IT
