We’re hiring a Data Analyst to support the growth of a global data and index provider in the digital assets space - delivering trusted, high-impact insights for clients, partners, and internal teams.

This is a hands-on, insight-led role, focused on making complex datasets meaningful across product, engineering, and commercial functions. You'll play a key role in defining performance metrics, automating anomaly detection, and telling the story behind the numbers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analysing data products and supporting wider teams with actionable insight
• Building QA metrics, KPIs, and automated anomaly detection tools
• Supporting product teams with success metrics and ongoing data refinement
• Visualising insights through dashboards and reports
• Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, and commercial teams

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years' experience in data analysis or data science (financial data)
• Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.)
• Experience with APIs (REST/WebSocket) and time series datasets
• Strong communicator, comfortable translating complex data for non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter, curious mindset, and thrives in fast-paced, agile teams
