Job description

Working Location:Caldecott
Contract Duration: 6 months (Extendable up to 1 year)
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $3,160 per month (Non-negotiable)

Responsibilities:

Data Quality / Data Lakehouse Management

· Maintain/optimise and implement Python/R scripts for data quality checks and validation processes.

· Engage with data stewards from various business divisions to implement the Data Quality Implementation Strategy (DQIS).

· Provide support on DQIS implementation to ensure consistency across the organisation.

· Identify and report on data quality issues, proposing solutions where appropriate.

· Plan and implement strategies to improve quality of data within Data Lakehouse.

Data Reference Models

· Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to gather and understand data standards requirements.

· Assess the need for standardisation of data across divisions.

· Contribute to the development and maintenance of data reference models.

· Assist in creating and updating documentation for data standards and reference models.

Data training statistics and dashboard reporting

· Maintain and update dashboards regularly with the latest data.

· Provide support to users on how to interpret and use the dashboards effectively.

Administrative and logistical arrangements for Lakehouse Change Management

· Organise and facilitate study groups for business users who need to upskill in their training.

· Develop and maintain documentation for training materials and user guides.

· Provide support in coordinating logistics for training and change management related matters.

Requirement:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics or other relevant studies.

· Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI

· Proficiency in R or Python will be advantageous.

· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving any notice period)
