Your responsibilities include transforming legacy data from various sources in MS Excel, accurately populating data load templates for SAP SuccessFactors, and collaborating with business partners to understand data and transformation requirements, supporting the digital data transformation strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong technical background in data analytics.
• Expertise in MS Excel, including formulas, macros, and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with data mapping from multiple sources.
• Experience with data transformation projects.
• Knowledge of HR software data (desirable).
