Job summary

FDJ UNITED is seeking a data analyst to join the Legal & Compliance Analytics team, focusing on sustainable and safe gaming. You will translate business challenges into insights, build dashboards, and support governance initiatives with data-driven recommendations.

3–4 years' analytical experience, strong SQL, and data visualization skills are essential. Knowledge of AML, fraud prevention, or responsible gambling is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of analytical work experience in an industry setting.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Experience building and interpreting PowerBI or Tableau dashboards.
• Familiarity with Python or R is advantageous.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable insights
• Develop PowerBI reports and dashboards to assist Compliance and Governance teams on their daily activities
• Perform ad-hoc data extraction, manipulation and analysis, translating findings into actionable insights
• Produce materials summarising your analysis and present compelling narratives to stakeholders.
• Reconcile data when data integrity issues are found.
• Evaluate the impact of proposed policy and procedural changes, shaping the future of responsible gaming
• Exhibit curiosity and an inquisitive mindset by not stopping at the questions asked and going beyond when findings appear questionable.
• Continuously improve on your technical and soft skills.
