The role aims to increase, improve, and support mental health services within the West London area, specifically in community mental health (MINT) teams across Ealing.
This position involves leading data analysis and continuous improvement efforts, alongside supporting the delivery of care for clients awaiting therapeutic intervention. The role requires postgraduate competencies and experience in these areas. The expected ratio of analyst to clinical work is approximately 70:30. An induction will be provided before starting, covering essential skills for the role.
