Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have a passion for continuous improvement in service delivery and a commitment to best practice system improvements with an employee experience focus. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of four years' experience in Data / HR Analytics preferably within an HR Operations environment, in a global or complex organisational context.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and experience in leading on improvements / upgrades.
  • Proven track record of improving HR operational processes and delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable HR services.
  • Experience in coaching, developing, and supporting team members to achieve consistent performance and professional growth.

You will report to the Global Employee Experience Manager. The job opportunity will be offered on a fixed-term contract for one year and is based in Maynooth, Ireland, Nairobi, Kenya, or Belfast, Northern Ireland. As part of your role, you will manage a team of 3 People and Culture Operations Assistants.
