Job summary

Pulse Group in London is hiring a Data Analyst to join the Affiliates growth team within the wider Data Intelligence Unit. You’ll move beyond dashboards, form hypotheses and deliver real recommendations that feed into the sales team.

Based in London 3 days a week, you’ll own analysis of customer behaviour, lifecycle and product engagement, model data with SQL and Python, and build measurement frameworks to test ideas.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in analytics or related role.
• Affiliate background preferred.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with data modelling capability.
• Comfort presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Going beyond BAU reporting to spot trends across customer behaviour, lifecycle and product engagement.
• Collaborating with squads, product and leadership to shape hypotheses and turn analysis into actionable insight.
• Modelling the data yourself in SQL and Python, not just querying and dumping.
• Building measurement frameworks and test-and-learn approaches to evaluate what works.
• Automating recurring reporting to free time for high-value insights.
• Translating analyses into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders with varying data fluency.
