Data Analyst - 6 month FTC

Role Details

Pay: £41,500 per annum, pro-rated (£20,750 for 6 months)

Contract: Temporary, 6-month fixed-term contract

Working Hours: 09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday

Location: Victoria St, London, SW1E 5JL (hybrid working model, 3 days in office per week)

The Opportunity at a glance

Foundever is seeking a motivated and experienced Data Analyst contractor to join our Customer Success team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will develop and maintain executive dashboards that provide insights into revenue and retention activities, shaping data-driven strategies.

You will work on behalf of a global fintech leader known for innovative financial solutions, trusted by millions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and build dashboards to monitor retention and revenue.
2. Develop scalable ETL processes for data integration.
3. Utilize SQL and Python for data querying, manipulation, and automation.
4. Analyze and report A/B test results to support experimentation.
5. Establish baselines and set targets using historical data.
6. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance reporting.
7. Present insights to stakeholders and leadership.
8. Implement data governance and quality practices.
9. Troubleshoot data issues to ensure accuracy.

Your Profile & Experience

1. Proficiency in SQL and dashboard tools like Tableau or Qliksense.
2. Experience with ETL and A/B testing methodologies.
3. Knowledge of call centre data and industry metrics.
4. Understanding of web data and digital tools.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
6. Excellent communication skills for translating data into insights.
7. Good time management to meet deadlines.
