Data Analyst needed in Bristol

The rate is £21.11ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. Reference number is: 5276032.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HR reports using Business Objects, including outputs for a national benchmarking tool.
• Model and deliver analytics and insight that inform the future direction of the organisation whilst ensuring the leadership team can make evidence-led decisions that support mayoral and corporate priorities.
• Collaborate across teams and services, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable outputs.

• Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with experience using Business Objects or similar tools.
