OMNIA Training seeks a data analyst to analyse complex datasets, translate findings into actionable insights for Army training objectives, and develop clear visualisations to support operational decisions.
The role requires collaboration with data architects and engineers, strong SQL and Python/R skills, and experience with Power BI/Tableau in hybrid cloud environments. Travel within the UK and compliance with security standards are included.
Analyse complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights aligned with Army training objectives.
Design and deliver clear, meaningful visualisations and reports that support operational decision-making.
Explore and analyse through use of statistical tools and techniques data to identify patterns, relationships and trends to inform further development.
Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure analytical outputs align with enterprise architecture and platform standards.
Support the evolution of data architectures by contributing analytical requirements and feedback.
Communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders to inform strategy and operational improvements.
Conduct exploratory analysis and limited prototyping to evaluate emerging data techniques relevant to training analytics.
Ensure analytics processes comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Author and maintain documentation to ensure analytical processes are repeatable, auditable, and scalable.
Any other duties required to meet the needs of the programme.
