Associate Consultant - Technology Division

Data Analyst - 3 month FTC with the potential to turn into a permanent position

Location: Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help transform the way our client's organisation uses data. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we track performance, forecast outcomes, and support decision-making across the business.

This is an opportunity to design and deliver intuitive, actionable dashboards that give leaders a clear view of performance, commercial viability, and service occupancy. By integrating finance, people, operational and quality data, you’ll provide the insights needed to drive growth and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop dynamic Power BI dashboards that inform real-time decision-making.
  • Create and maintain robust data models, ensuring accuracy, quality and integrity.
  • Use Power BI, SQL and Excel to analyse complex data and produce meaningful insights.
  • Partner with teams across Finance, Operations, Business Development and Quality to provide clear reporting and performance packs.
  • Present data in engaging, visual ways that highlight opportunities, risks, and improvements.
  • Support ongoing improvements in how data is collected, reported and used across the directorate.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide tailored insights to leadership teams.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced with at least 3 years’ hands-on Power BI experience.
  • Skilled in Python and SQL, using them to extract and explore data.
  • Confident with the full Microsoft Office suite, especially for reporting.
  • Analytical and creative - able to simplify complex data and tell a story with it.
  • A great collaborator, comfortable working across teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Curious and proactive
