Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analysis to a high standard, using primarily quantitative and qualitative approaches, to systematically examine, interpret and draw conclusions from numerical and unstructured text data.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to improve data quality.
  • Explore new tools and approaches to enhance Achieve Together’s data collection and predictive analytical capabilities, identifying opportunities where data can make a difference.
Requirements:
  • Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics or equivalent field.
  • Extensive experience in analytical work, primarily using quantitative methods including correlational and experimental approaches.
  • Experience in statistical modelling and indicator development.
  • Strong skills in analytical tools, preferably Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, R, or equivalent.
