  • Coordinate the wholesale sales and royalty submission process, including
    • Annual rollover of sales templates
    • Quarterly tracking of data submissions
    • Following up with commercial teams on outstanding reports
  • Refresh and update recurring EMEA reports, including:

  • Support the migration from Excel to Power BI reporting by preparing structured data inputs and liaising with Trading Finance and Data Analytics teams.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data accuracy and efficiency in reporting processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with large datasets, formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring data processes accurately.
  • Organised approach to work, with the ability to meet regular deadlines and follow defined procedures.
  • Effective communication skills for coordination across international teams and stakeholders.
Desirable:
