Job summary

V7 Recruitment is seeking a Data Analyst in Stockport, ideal for graduates or those with some analytical experience, offering a long-term career path and a £30k salary plus a 9% bonus, plus 25 days holiday. You will develop and maintain BI solutions, design Power BI dashboards, monitor performance, and support forecasting and benchmarking as part of a growing team in the UK

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or with some analytical experience.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; knowledge of AI is a plus.
• Strong data analysis mindset.

The Person

We’re super open to the person on this – we see this as a long-term hire where you will evolve and develop with the company & role. So whether you have strong analytical skills academically or from some commercial experience, then we would love to hear from you.

If you have some data analytical knowledge and are sharp around software (Excel, SQL etc) & even some AI, then we can harness them skills into a professional career.

The role

It’s a pretty varied role, but to give you an idea you will be:

• Develop and maintain reporting and business intelligence solutions that provide meaningful insight
• Design and manage Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards and executive reporting packs
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
• Support forecasting, benchmarking and performance analysis
• Produce regular operational, financial and infrastructure reporting for senior leadership and key business stakeholders.
