Matchtech Group is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in the UK. You will transform complex business data into actionable insights, working across SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI to support senior stakeholders.

You will extract, cleanse, and consolidate data from multiple systems, identify trends, and develop practical recommendations. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to present clear reports and visuals to leadership.

• Ability to extract, cleanse, and interpret data across multiple systems.
• Hands-on with SAP, Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating presentations and reports for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Extract, consolidate, and analyse data from multiple systems, including SAP, Microsoft Office applications, and Power BI.
• Import, cleanse, validate, and maintain data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Identify trends, patterns, correlations, and opportunities within complex datasets.
• Develop insightful conclusions and practical recommendations based on analysis.

• Strong ability to quickly locate, extract, and interpret data across multiple systems.
• Hands-on experience working with:
  • SAP
  • Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite
  • Power BI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• Experience creating presentations and reports for senior leadership audiences.
• Strong report generation and data visualisation capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within large or complex organisational environments.
• Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior analysts.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and best practice reporting methodologies.
