About the Role

We are looking for a brilliant Data Analyst to join the Data Identity Cleanse Project Team within a market-leading organisation in the energy sector. With over 85 years of experience, this well-established company owns and manages critical national infrastructure and is involved in a forward-funded futureproofing program with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the cleansing, updating, and validation of essential business data. You will design, build, and manage data models, dashboards, and reports to facilitate the data cleansing initiative. Additionally, you will liaise with key stakeholders to ensure project plans and milestones are managed effectively.

Minimum Requirements

It is essential that you have prior experience working with HR data sets.

Key Skills

• Proven experience with data analysis tools and software (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience managing large volume data sets within an HR environment
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Identity Security Cloud or alternative Identity Management solutions would be advantageous
