  • Enhance and develop data analysis tools and methods, ensuring consistency and best practice across the team.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights that inform action and support continuous improvement.

  • Advise on layout and functionality to maximise clarity and value for stakeholders across Programme Management, Planning, Delivery, Commercial, and beyond.
  • Lead migration of existing reports to preferred platforms (e.g. Power BI, Excel), ensuring robust governance, version control, and ease of use.

  • Foster a culture of safety: participate in induction, follow safe working practices, and report near misses.
  • Support Health & Safety procedures within your activities, ensuring all data work adheres to organisational policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of H&S processes through audit feedback and collaborative initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in data collection, quality review, and analysis.
  • Demonstrable experience building reports and dashboards.
  • A qualification in data analytics (Level 4 or equivalent) is advantageous but not mandatory if you can show relevant experience.

  • Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret data, spot trends, and draw clear conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management: you can explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
