Job description

**Sales Analyst – Northampton – Global Company**

We are currently recruiting for a global organisation for a Sales Analyst to support the data-led decision making and commercial performance. As part of the role you would deliver sales analysis, market intelligence to support sales planning and performance tracking.

Role:

You will be responsible for;

  • Analyse sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, performance tracking, and KPI reporting, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for key stakeholders.
  • Support the development and execution of commercial insights and analytics strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within sales analytics.
  • Present data findings in a clear and compelling manner.

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will;

  • Excellent background in analysing complex data and extracting key insights.
  • Good commercial understanding.
  • Proficient in the use of Power BI, CRM systems, Excel/Spreadsheets and analytical platforms.
  • Experience in mining and extracting data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Package:

  • Basic Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 (negotiable based on experience)
