Job description

We're looking for a Data Analyst to play a pivotal role supporting our Partner Finance and Commercial teams. Sitting within our central Decision Intelligence function and part of the Analysis & Insights team, you'll work closely with stakeholders across Credit & Risk Operations, Finance, and Commercial to deliver impactful reporting and actionable insights.

Supported by expert teams in Data Engineering, Data Science, Reporting Services, and Data Partnerships, you'll have access to the latest tools and a shared analytical framework - ensuring your work is efficient, consistent, and highly valued.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing key stakeholders with reports and analysis to drive business performance and communicating findings with clear recommendations.
2. Ensuring all reporting, analysis, and dashboards are accurate, optimized, and efficient throughout the data flow.
3. Building a good understanding of the BCA remarketing business by developing relationships with key stakeholders and understanding how data can support improved business performance.
4. Supporting the Lead Data Analyst with quarterly priorities and balancing ad hoc requests from the business.
5. Maintaining continuous professional development and keeping up with industry trends.
6. Collaborating with the wider Analysis & Insights team to share learnings and participate in team discussions and projects.
7. Producing and maintaining Local Work Instructions for all reports to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Experience in Data Analysis
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and Power BI (DAX)
• Knowledge of DevOps and Power Platform automation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to uncover business insights
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to shape data-driven solutions
