Overview
Reporting to the Head of Support Services, the Data Analyst will be responsible for analysing performance data, preparing and issuing reports, using Maximo and Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Gathering and compiling information and creating and disseminating daily statistical analysis to ensure that service obligations meet or exceed contractual obligations within operational criteria.
- Gathering information, preparing and distributing statistical analysis relating to the performance of the DWP account, to ensure that service obligations and contractual obligations are met or exceeded within the operational criteria.
- Monitor operational performance and raise issues and concerns, as required.
- Create and share reports showing daily, weekly and monthly performance of the contract.
- Handle a wide range of documents and information coming in from different sources, including cross-referencing records to ensure the accuracy of the data and the system.
Qualifications
- Extensive understanding of data query management tools (must have a minimum of advanced MS Excel skills).
- Extensive knowledge of Maximo
- Development of business reporting
- Experience of working with operational/delivery teams
- Excellent IT analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Administration knowledge.
