Department: Digital Transformation, Global Marketing

Location: Can be based in London, Manchester or Glasgow or fully-remote

Type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office or fully-remote

The Department

The global leadership team sets the strategy in consultation with the Global Strategy Board. The BD teams (comprising Communications, Marketing, Business and Client Development experts) are led by regional heads of business development who are aligned to our regional boards: Asia Pacific, Middle East Africa, North America, UK, Europe. Our strategy seeks to manage and develop clients and profile in our global sectors; adopts a content and product led approach in taking our practice groups to market; prioritises the use the integrated digital marketing channels; and positions our most senior staff as advisors to the business, supported by expert execution teams. Our principles dictate that the highest value clients and opportunities command the highest value BD attention and bespoke tactics.

The Team

This Global Marketing team’s goal is to attract and engage high revenue clients through their buyer journey using data driven marketing techniques. Part of this is to position Clyde & Co as the firm of choice in each of our core sectors on a global basis. To realise this ambition, the marketing team will provide leadership and direction in the development of dynamic global campaigns and marketing strategies driven by data insight.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically capable Data & Dashboard Analyst to provide parental leave cover for a key member of our Business Development team. This role plays a vital part in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our Power BI dashboards, which support strategic decision-making across Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Power BI Dashboard Management: Maintain and update a portfolio of high-visibility dashboards (e.g. BD, Campaigns, CRM, MEA, Multinationals, Insurance ExCo, Finance).
  • Data Automation: Manage and troubleshoot data integrations via APIs (LinkedIn, YouTube, Website, CRM, Passle, GotoWebinar) and manual data refreshes from Finance.
  • Stakeholder Support: Respond to ad-hoc data and dashboard requests from regional and global stakeholders, especially related to MEA, Multinationals, and Insurance sector dashboards.
  • Data Quality & Accuracy: Ensure consistency, cleanliness, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
  • Project Continuity: Support ongoing strategic projects, including:
  • Automation of finance data pipelines
  • Insurance ExCo dashboard redesign
  • Global data model development
  • Knowledge Transfer: Work with internal colleagues to continue upskilling and knowledge-sharing during the cover period.
  • Troubleshooting & Refreshes: Handle manual dashboard refreshes and API troubleshooting (e.g., InterAction CRM data lags, monthly financial data uploads).

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering data analysis and reporting in a professional services, law firm, or similar complex organisation.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI: DAX, M Code, data modelling, and Power Query
  • Experience with API connections (authentication, JSON parsing)
  • Familiarity with SQL and SharePoint/Excel as data sources
  • Comfort with both automated and manual data processes
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing, financial, and digital analytics data.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud data platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change.
  • Ideally, experience in line management or mentoring within a data or analytics function.
  • Understanding of marketing and business development data and KPIs
  • Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or Passle
