Data Analyst

Location: West London (3 days a week on-site)

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

A leading name in the UK property sector is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst to join their growing data team. With a strong foundation in Business Intelligence and a forward-thinking approach to technology, this company has invested heavily in data infrastructure over the past five years and plans to expand further, including implementing AI within the next 6-12 months.

The company works on internal data projects with significant commercial impact and is looking for someone who can analyze data and communicate insights effectively.

The Role

You will lead key analytics initiatives, working across data pipelines, visualization, and stakeholder communication. This hands-on role offers variety and is ideal for someone who enjoys making sense of complex data and translating it into actionable insights.

You will also contribute to early AI projects aimed at improving sales processes and customer interactions through transcript analysis and feedback tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead dashboard development using Power BI to deliver enterprise-level reports.
2. Conduct end-to-end data analysis using SQL and Python, from data extraction to insight generation.
3. Present findings to stakeholders at all levels, simplifying complex analysis into understandable insights.
4. Run workshops and training sessions to help non-technical users engage with dashboards and tools.
5. Support AI initiatives, including analyzing sales data, building feedback prompts, and extracting insights from customer conversations.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in data-focused roles within commercial environments.
• Strong academic background in a technical or numerical field such as Maths, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end, from raw data to actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex analysis simply and engagingly.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python; familiarity with tools like Fabric and Copilot is a plus.
• Curious, analytical, and collaborative, thriving in fast-paced environments.
