Data Analyst

Pod Talent is partnering with a massive player in a rapidly growing consumer goods market, looking for a Data Analyst to support their team in North London.

As a Data Analyst, the main goal is to turn data into actionable insights that support strategic, data-driven decisions. This involves gathering, cleaning, analysing, and interpreting data to uncover trends and patterns that drive improved business performance and revenue growth.

In this role:

1. Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to support strategic decision-making
2. Automate workflows and build efficient data pipelines to improve data collection and processing
3. Identify trends and insights through data analysis, surveys, and competitor research
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance through dashboards and visual reports
5. Ensure data quality and stay informed on industry trends and best practices in analytics

About you:

1. 2+ years experience in a similar analytical role
2. Strong skills in Excel and at least one data visualization tool
3. Familiarity with statistical analysis and tools
4. Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
