Following the recent launch of a new digital retail offering, the business is expanding its Data Team to meet evolving operational and regulatory demands

The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a close-knit Data Team, currently comprising Data Engineers and Business Analysts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple business areas rather than a narrowly defined corporate role.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in enabling data-driven decisions across Commercial, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and more. You will also contribute to shaping our future use of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand and interpret their data and reporting needs.
• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Amazon Quicksight and Tableau.
• Map, source, and structure data to automate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Maintain data catalogues and internal documentation to ensure best practices.
• Train and support teams to enable self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with the team on developing AI solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Strong SQL scripting and data modelling skills.
• A good grasp of data modelling techniques and selecting appropriate methods for different tasks.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-changing environment.
• Collaborative mindset within an agile, growing team.
• Experience working with transactional data.
