Location: London (Zone 1 – near Charing Cross)

We’re working exclusively with a high-performing boutique analytics consultancy that supports legal teams in major commercial disputes. They’re now hiring a Graduate Data Analyst to join their expert team and play a key role in quantifying financial losses, analysing large datasets, and helping deliver evidence-based reports for high-profile cases.

This is a unique opportunity for a numerically gifted graduate to launch their career in an intellectually stimulating and genuinely commercial role. Combining elements of data science, statistical modelling, and financial analytics.

What you’ll be working on:

• Reviewing incomplete, inconsistent datasets and making assumptions to fill data gaps
• Preparing clear, auditable Excel-based reports to support financial claims
• Writing compelling client-facing reports that communicate your analysis effectively
• Collaborating with external parties including law firms, suppliers, and data providers
• Using Excel, Word and statistical tools to deliver high-quality work under time pressure

Ideal candidate profile:

• Recent graduate (or final-year student) with a 2:1 or above in a quantitative degree
• Strong academic track record – target universities include Warwick (MORSE), Imperial, Kings College, LSE, Oxford, or Cambridge
• Exceptional numerical skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with incomplete or messy data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (logical functions, pivot tables, lookups etc.)
• Bonus: exposure to Python, R, or other statistical tools
• Stage 1: 10-minute intro interview with the team
• Stage 2: In-person 2-hour interview with a case study and presentation
• Interviews will begin in early July, with a preference for candidates who can start immediately

• Full-time, office-based role in Central London
• Immediate start preferred (but not essential for strong candidates)
