Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid - London

Salary: Up to £70,000

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a fast-paced, collaborative logistics company. You will report directly to the Pricing Manager and own pricing strategies impacting the marketplace, considering complex supply and demand dynamics. Daily tasks include using SQL, Python, and A/B testing to analyze pricing performance, optimize personalized pricing and promotions, and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deep dive into pricing data to identify trends, recommend strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
2. Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to ensure data-driven decision-making.
3. Develop price merchandising and personalized pricing models to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with Operations, Product, and senior leadership to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
5. Communicate complex insights clearly to influence stakeholders across functions.
