Our people are not only exceptional at what they do but also enjoy doing it and give their best to a firm they are proud to be part of. This stems from our firm culture and ethos of bravery and kindness. This ethos influences our recruitment, business practices, DEI activities, and day-to-day environment.

Whether providing global employment law advice, managing IP portfolios, or coordinating multijurisdictional transactions, we ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

The Department

The Employment team is one of the UK’s leading employment law practices, consistently top-ranked by independent directories. With over 180 lawyers, we support clients—including many of the world’s leading businesses—on HR, employment, and immigration law, domestically and internationally. Within this division is Worksphere, which offers HR and Reward Consultancy and Employment Law Training.

Our HR and Reward Consultancy and Pay Reporting practices have experienced significant growth, working with large national and international employers across the UK and Ireland. We provide support in pay gap reporting, EU Pay Transparency Directive projects, and culture reviews, including diagnostic activities and analysis.

  4. Support client preparations related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  5. Analyze survey results and create visual representations of key findings.
  6. Provide ad hoc data analysis and visual presentation support.
  7. Participate in client meetings from initial briefings to report presentations.
  8. Engage in events and marketing activities as opportunities arise.

About You

You will have a professional manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and prior experience working in an office environment.
