Within this division is Worksphere, which offers HR and Reward Consultancy and Employment Law Training.
Our HR and Reward Consultancy and Pay Reporting practices have experienced significant growth, working with large national and international employers across the UK and Ireland. We provide support in pay gap reporting, EU Pay Transparency Directive projects, and culture reviews, including diagnostic activities and analysis.
This new position will be pivotal in developing client offerings in pay equity analysis and HR and Reward Consultancy services, supporting our growth and establishing our leadership in the field.
You will have a professional manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and prior experience working in an office environment. You will be flexible, highly organized, and enjoy working within a fast-paced team. Strong numeracy and attention to detail are essential. We seek a passionate team player eager to support others.
