Our Consumer Intelligence & Analytics (CI&A) team listens to what people are saying- across social media, review platforms and advice services- to understand experiences, highlight emerging risks and support thoughtful regulatory decisions.

We’re looking for a collaborative Data Analyst to enhance our social media monitoring, develop intuitive dashboards and data tools, and contribute to inclusive consumer insights. This role offers a supportive environment to grow your analytical skills while making a positive impact on millions of people.

What will you be doing?
  • Managing and supporting our social media listening tool to capture and interpret consumer posts, reviews and comments
  • Analysing data from multiple consumer sources to identify key themes, risks and early warning signals
  • Designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to colleagues
  • Preparing, transforming and combining datasets using Tableau, Python and SQL to support data-driven solutions
  • Engaging with teams across the FCA to understand their needs and deliver relevant consumer intelligence
  • Sharing the work of the Consumer Intelligence & Analytics team and contributing ideas to improve how we use data and tools
