Job summary

TXP is currently seeking a Data Analyst for a public sector digital transformation programme. This remote role includes occasional travel to client sites and an initial 6-month contract with rolling extensions.

You will analyse large-scale datasets in an AWS environment, build dashboards in Power BI, and provide data-driven recommendations to programme teams while communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst within large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Strong public sector experience, ideally within central government environments.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience analysing large and complex datasets.
• Strong experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent data analysis, validation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within AWS-based technology environments.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and reporting best practices.
