For a decade, we've been on a mission to close the Trust Gap—commerce's most expensive problem. In a world where distance and digital interfaces separate buyers and sellers, we're building the definitive trust infrastructure that enables global trade to flourish.
We recognize that trust is not binary but a spectrum, and our work continually expands the boundaries of commerce itself. Each improvement we make enables transactions that previously wouldn't have happened, revealing new frontiers where trust can be further enhanced.
We've grown from an idea into the dominant force for trust in e-commerce:
Organic Growth: We've achieved 40% year-over-year growth purely through word of mouth—no paid marketing or sales teams needed
As our Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our Data Lead to support both our Trust Optimization Platform (external-facing) and internal business intelligence needs. Your work will be essential to uncovering insights from our vast dataset and transforming them into actionable information for both merchants and internal teams.
As part of our growing Data Team, you'll work directly with our Data Lead to build systems that power merchant insights and internal decision-making. Your work will impact hundreds of thousands of merchants and ensure our company makes informed strategic decisions. If you're excited about leveraging data to solve real-world problems at scale, we want to hear from you.
We reward exceptional performance and aim to build a team that pushes for better results. Success involves finding innovative ways to achieve more with existing resources. We value time highly—it's our scarcest resource. We establish short feedback loops and break initiatives into their smallest units of value.
Our diverse international team brings varied perspectives to every challenge. We believe in active knowledge sharing because our collective strength determines our success. We combine ambitious goals with pragmatic execution, creating sustainable high performance through better processes, not longer hours.
Work on impactful problems at scale while growing with a team that values excellence and balance. Together, we aim to close the Trust Gap and unlock new possibilities for global commerce.
The pay range for this role is: 60,000 - 80,000 GBP per year (Head Office)
