Data Idols is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to shape and lead scalable analytics and AI solutions across the organization. You will work with data engineers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to establish standards, reusable components, and robust architectures.

The role offers a hybrid London-based work model, with opportunities to mentor junior analysts and drive innovation using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and Power BI in a modern tech stack.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and deploying enterprise-scale analytics solutions.
• Excellent proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.
• Extensive experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks platforms.
• Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling and analytics data architecture.
• Ability to establish analytics standards, best practices, and reusable patterns.
