Role: Data Analyst

Salary: Up to £70,000

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days p/w in office)

Join a leading commercial bank's risk modelling team, which focuses on developing and maintaining stress testing tools and models, producing insightful risk analytics, and overseeing data governance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver regular MI reports and respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests
• Develop insightful, robust data analysis to support both recurring and one-off reporting needs
• Enhance the efficiency of MI production processes
• Help identify and resolve data quality issues, and contribute to data lineage efforts
• Support the development of a strong data governance and data quality framework within the Risk team

What we're looking for

• Previous data analysis experience within banking
• Intermediate SAS and SQL
• Familiarity with financial risk terminology
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Proficient with Power BI
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
