Key Skills: Built a Dashboard
This role is to establish a framework of Monthly Dashboard Reporting for People Services including methodology, definitions, work instructions, process etc. by working with internal and external teams to standardize and automate where possible the overall People Services Dashboard.
- Data Collection and Integration:
- Gather data from various sources and integrate it into a centralized database or data warehouse.
- Ensure data quality and consistency by performing data cleaning and validation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Predictive Modeling and Forecasting:
- Build and validate predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes.
- Use statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to improve the accuracy of predictions.
- Performance Metrics and KPIs:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes and initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on KPIs to management and other stakeholders.
- Data Visualization:
- Create visualizations to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Use tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar to develop interactive dashboards.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.
- Implement best practices in data management and analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide support.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Documentation and Training:
- Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.
- Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
Skills
- Proven Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. This includes using statistical techniques and tools to interpret data accurately.
- Technical Skills: Advanced excel and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar is also important.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data analysis is precise and reliable.
- Data Management: Ability to collect, clean, and maintain data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions
