Data/Business Analyst

MBN Solutions are supporting on an exciting opportunity to join a growing analytics function within a high-growth organisation. Following a period of significant expansion, the business is investing in data-driven decision making and seeks a Data/Business Analyst to support this transformation.

Within this position, you'll play a key role in delivering insight and intelligence to a broad range of stakeholders. This a hands-on role involving data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the development of impactful BI solutions using Power BI and other tools.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Power BI skills (DAX essential); knowledge of Tableau/QlikView a plus
• Skilled in SQL, Excel, and data modelling
• Proven experience in business intelligence or data analysis roles
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Experience working with operational or asset-level data
• Strong communication skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively
• A proactive, analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Experience within fast-paced environments such as retail, hospitality, or similar is beneficial
