Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Data Analyst for a remote role with one mandatory day per month in Leeds. You will deliver workforce, pay, and reward analysis to support strategic decisions and policy development.

You will build complex Excel models, conduct scenario planning, and present insights to senior stakeholders, collaborating with policy teams and external partners.

Qualifications

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping evidence-based decisions that influence workforce planning, pay frameworks, and long-term organisational strategy. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Data Analyst will:

• Experience modelling complex business, workforce, or financial scenarios.

• A STEM degree, ideally within mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related discipline.
