About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a data analyst to join the Howden UK&I data team to assist with a large-scale policy admin system migration project on an 18‑month fixed term contract. The role will support the project by helping the business prepare for the migration by providing an understanding of the data and processes needed to successfully migrate our client base across to the new system, as well as monitoring any changes in our key business KPIs before and after migration to assess the impact to the business and flag any potential issues. We are a remote team; however, we do like to meet up from time to time to collaborate in person.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the migration delivers the expected business outcomes by providing data‑driven insight, monitoring customer and business impacts, proactively identifying risks, and supporting stakeholders in making informed decisions throughout the migration lifecycle
