At Truespeed, we’re on a mission to transform broadband across the UK. We’re a rapidly growing full-fibre broadband provider, bringing reliable, high-speed connectivity to communities across the South West, North West and South East of England.
We’re building our own full-fibre network and are passionate about delivering a better experience for our customers and the communities we serve. As we continue to grow, data is becoming increasingly important in helping us understand our customers, improve our services and make smarter decisions.
We’re looking for someone who can help us turn that data into meaningful insight and real business impact.
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Analytics team and help shape how we use data across the business.
You’ll be part of our Retail Analytics squad, working closely with teams across our two retail brands, Truespeed and Lila Connect. You’ll play an important role in helping us attract, serve and retain customers, using data to understand performance, identify opportunities and support better decision‑making.
This is a role with plenty of variety and ownership. You could be building a Power BI dashboard that gives a team instant visibility of performance, exploring a dataset to uncover an opportunity, or working with stakeholders to answer an important business question.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just report what the data says, but wants to understand why it matters and what we should do about it.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference across the business. Your work will include:

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply produce reports and hand them over. We want our analysts to be trusted partners to the business, helping teams understand what is happening, why it is happening and what we can do about it.
You’ll join a collaborative Analytics team where you’ll have the opportunity to work with modern cloud data technologies, develop your analytical skills and see the direct impact of your work.
As Truespeed continues to grow, there’s plenty of opportunity to make your mark, take ownership and help shape how we use data across the business.
If you’re a curious and commercially minded Data Analyst who enjoys solving real business problems and turning data into action, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re reviewing applications on a rolling basis, so we encourage early submissions.
We’re proud to be building a diverse and inclusive team at Truespeed, where people can bring their whole selves to work and feel supported to do their best. We value the unique perspectives, experiences and ideas that every individual brings, and we believe this makes us stronger as a business.
We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating a fair and inclusive recruitment experience for everyone.
Please note: You must have valid authorisation to work in the United Kingdom, as we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
