Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Data & AI Strategy Consultant to help clients create and capture value from AI and data. You will shape AI and data strategy, build roadmaps, and lead large-scale delivery with senior stakeholders to achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, define operating models, embed Responsible AI, and contribute to go-to-market activities while fostering collaboration and inclusion across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• AI & Data experience across solutioning, designing or delivering AI & Data projects.
• High-value consulting with large-scale delivery and leadership of workstreams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead GTM activities.

As a Data & AI Strategy Consultant you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translate complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

THE WORK

• Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Requirements

• AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
• High-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders Engineering problem-solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong relationships with stakeholders / clients.
