Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland seeks a Data & AI Strategy Consultant to advise clients on creating value from AI and data. You will define enterprise AI strategies, develop roadmaps, embed Responsible AI, lead multi-workstream delivery and link AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you shape data assets and platform strategy, work with senior stakeholders, and drive go-to-market activities to originate and win opportunities while delivering high-impact transformations.

As a Data & AI Strategy Consultant you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translate complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

THE WORK

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
• Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
• Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Requirements

• AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
• High-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders Engineering problem-solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong relationships with stakeholders / clients.
