Job summary

Archer, collaborating with Accenture, seeks a Data & AI Engineer in Bristol to design and deliver cloud data platforms and AI-enabled solutions. You will work across Azure, AWS and other clouds, building scalable data pipelines and applying GenAI tools to accelerate engineering delivery.

You will partner with architects, product engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data products while maintaining security, governance and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience across Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake.
• Strong Python and SQL with solid engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with batch or streaming pipelines and cloud infra tooling.
• CI/CD for data/platform delivery and AI-assisted development tools.
• Familiarity with AI-ready architecture, data quality and lineage concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate cloud data and platform solutions across multiple cloud platforms.
• Develop scalable batch and streaming data pipelines handling ETL/ELT processes.
• Implement IaC for cloud infrastructure and automate provisioning and management.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines including AI-assisted testing and documentation.
• Apply data modelling principles and AI tooling to draft and review models.
• Maintain data quality, observability and monitoring across pipelines.
