Job summary

QA Ltd is seeking a Senior Apprenticeship Tutor - AI & Data to deliver Level 4 AI and Data apprenticeship programmes in the UK. You will coach learners, facilitate practical AI and data analytics training, and help them apply AI-driven solutions to real business challenges.

You will cover topics from AI fundamentals to data storytelling, using Power BI and Python for analytics, while ensuring EPA readiness and high learner achievement.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, AI, CS or related field.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and practical business use cases.
• Experience with data analysis, visualization and reporting tools including Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 4 AI and Data apprenticeship programmes with engaging learning experiences.
• Coach, mentor and support apprentices to achieve EPA outcomes.
• Teach topics such as AI fundamentals, Generative AI, data collection and data visualization.
• Translate complex AI concepts into practical workplace applications.

Job description

As a Senior Apprenticeship Tutor - AI & Data, you will deliver innovative Level 4 AI and Data apprenticeship programmes, supporting learners to develop practical skills in artificial intelligence, data analytics, automation, data visualisation, and business intelligence. Working closely with curriculum specialists and employers, you will deliver engaging learning experiences that enable apprentices to apply AI and data-driven solutions to real business challenges. You will coach, mentor and support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring successful achievement of Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs) and End Point Assessment (EPA) outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach key topics including:

• Artificial Intelligence fundamentals and practical business applications
• Generative AI, prompt engineering and responsible AI usage
• Data collection, cleansing, transformation and validation
• Data analysis and interpretation
• Data visualisation using Power BI and other business intelligence tools
• Python for data analytics and AI applications
• Use real-world examples to demonstrate data storytelling and the business impact of analytics.

Your Experience:

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, Generative AI tools and their practical application within business environments
• Experience working with data analysis, visualisation and reporting tools including Power BI.
• Experience using Python for data analysis, automation or AI-related activities
• Understanding of data governance, ethics, privacy and security principles
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
• Passion for technology, innovation and lifelong learning
• Experience delivering Data, AI, Digital or Technology apprenticeships
• Experience implementing AI or data solutions within industry
• Experience implementing AI or data solutions within industry
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and KSB requirements.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
• Strong technical expertise in AI, data analytics and business intelligence
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical workplace applications
• Excellent coaching, mentoring and learner engagement skills
