  • Coordinate projects by scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with data protection policies.

You will be essential inensuring that the company’s operations remain efficient and compliant and that key processes andprocedures are implemented.Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with preparing, formatting, and distributing reports and correspondence.
  • Support the data management team with documentation, data entry, and quality checks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and post.
  • Coordinate project by scheduling meetings and preparing agendas, collating outputs and generating insight reports
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with data protection and security policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Skills & Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (preferably in a data-drivenenvironment).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable withdatabase systems.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) is desirable.
  • Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
