Job description

We are looking for an experienced Data Administrator for 6 months to assist faculty members with crucial work relating to audit preparation. We are looking for someone with intermediate to advanced Excel skills and any ticketing services experience will be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Undertake key duties as required by faculty relating to all areas while preparing for an audit.
  2. Provide secretarial support for various committees and meetings as required.
  3. Collate and store highly confidential documentation.
  4. Communicate with staff across the organization.
  5. Support the administration for the preparation of the audit.
  6. Handle queries via telephone, letter, email, and face-to-face from academic and Professional Services colleagues.
  7. Undertake other appropriate duties as required by members of faculty.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and data entry and analysis.
  2. Customer/student-focused approach.
  3. Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook Mail.
  4. Excellent communication skills both via email and telephone, confident in dealing with all levels of staff.
  5. Good attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work well as part of a team.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  8. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, within the requirements of GDPR.
  9. A can-do attitude with well-developed problem-solving skills.
  10. Ability to use initiative and judgement to resolve matters.
