Job summary

Simply Jobsworth is looking for a Data Administrator to manage data accuracy, generate regular reports, and monitor KPIs in a fast-growing business. The role is based in the B64 area with Monday-Friday hours and National Minimum Wage initially.

The successful candidate will maintain databases, produce management reports, and support with general admin tasks, with a view to permanent appointment and salary progression.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident with spreadsheets and data handling.
• Good general IT skills and proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company databases and records.
• Produce regular reports for management.
• Monitor and maintain KPI data.
• Analyse information and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Ensure data is accurate and up to date.
• Support management with reporting and administrative tasks.
• Assist with general office administration when required.
